Ryan aims to empower CEOs, VPs, and trailblazers in blue-collar industries like manufacturing, construction, and field services with groundbreaking hiring strategies that transform challenges into triumphs.
GUEST REQUIREMENTS:
You’re an Owner, CEO, President, VP of Operations, Service, or Sales at a construction or commercial services company (think MEP, GC, heavy civil, site development, industrial maintenance, etc.)
- You lead a team of 50+ field and office employees
- Your business is growing faster than the industry average, and you’re solving real problems in hiring, leadership, or delivery.
You’re a SaaS founder, advisor, or coach who works exclusively with construction or commercial service contractors, helping them scale, automate, or improve operations.
- Bonus points if your solution directly touches field productivity, workforce development, or owner mindset.
You’ve been in the trenches with the trades, as a former contractor, builder, or technician, and now you’re on a mission to make the trades cool again by elevating the next generation of leaders, thinkers, and builders.
